Founded in 2017 by husband-wife duo Chef Jimmy Ly and “Madame” Yen Vo, Madame Vo Restaurant Group is a New York City-based hospitality group that showcases a wide range of traditional Vietnamese cuisine—including home cooking, street-style dishes, and lesser-known regional specialties—in elevated, yet approachable settings for the modern American diner.

The flagship Madame Vo is a homestyle Vietnamese kitchen focusing on family recipes and noodle dishes, while Madame Vo BBQ spotlights traditional tabletop Vietnamese barbecue. Madame Vo has been featured in the New York Times, Time Out New York, Complex, Vice, and Hypebeast.
