Founded in 2014 by chef-entrepreneur Jerry Lin, T-Swirl Crepe is the New York City-based pioneer of beloved sweet and savory Japanese crepes made to order using 100% gluten-free rice batter, rolled in a cone shape for eating on-the-go. In just under a decade, what started with one still-open first store in Flushing, Queens has grown to over 33 stores, including over 22 franchises, across 14 states nationwide (and counting). As a testament to the company’s mission of bringing recognition to the Japanese crepe, a humble street food, T-Swirl Crepe has served over 10 million crepes and counting across its various locations.
