Vietnamese Espresso Martini

Espresso martinis have been one of the biggest cocktail drink trends of recent years. District One Studios founder Dan Q. Dao collaborated with Vietnamese restaurant Madame Vo to create a 100% Vietnamese espresso martini made with Vietnamese gin from Sông Cái Distillery and Vietnamese coffee from Nam Coffee.


Ingredients

1 oz phin-brewed Vietnamese coffee, such as Nam Coffee's District One blend 

½ oz coffee liqueur, such as Mr Black

2 oz Sông Cái Floral Gin

½ oz condensed milk

3 coffee beans for garnish


Directions

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
