With over 25 years of diverse experience in the culinary world, Chef Hung Huynh provides expert insight into all sides of the hospitality industry—from opening and operating multiconcept properties to developing artisan food products with sustainably-sourced ingredients. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) as well as an alumnus of some of the nation’s most esteemed kitchens (Lespinasse, Per Se, Guy Savoy, CATCH, among others), Chef Hung is uniquely positioned to advise on and execute such large scale operations and directly manage a multi-faceted team.
