Founded in 2006 by the late, beloved cheese expert Anne Saxelby, the shop is dedicated to supporting sustainable, regenerative agriculture, bolstering rural economies, and ensuring the continued success of the American artisan cheese revolution — Saxelby's partner farms and cheesemakers are located across the northeastern and midwestern United States.

A hallmark of Saxelby offerings is their monthly cheese club, featuring three delicious artisanal cheeses in each installment.
